Governance Reviews

A responsible organization is one that challenges the effectiveness of its operating style and processes from time to time.  Many organizations undertake operational or best practices reviews as a means of assessing how it conducts its business and organizes its structure and processes to meet the objectives and accountabilities to stakeholders.  Equally important is for the governance level to undertake a review of its structures and governing style to ensure that it is best serving the organization and the stakeholders.

There are three levels of Governance Reviews which we undertake and characterize as follows:

  1. Level I:    Basic Governance Review
  2. Level II:   Sound and Prudent Governance Review
  3. Level III:  Best Practices Governance Review

For each level, below is a brief outline of the terms of reference, principles used in the evaluation, the process followed, and fees.
